How it works

  1. You order. Your frame goes into production on the next business day. In-house production: 1 to 3 business days.
  2. We ship. You get an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our Bordeaux workshop.
  3. You receive. Depending on the option you picked: pickup at a parcel shop or delivery to your address.

Mondial Relay

The densest Parcel Shop network in France and Europe. At checkout you pick your shop on a map. When the parcel arrives, you get an SMS and an email — bring your ID to collect it. Parcels are held for 5 calendar days.

Colissimo

Direct home delivery, Monday through Saturday morning. If you're not in, the postal worker leaves a notice and the parcel waits at the post office for 10 days.

FAQ

Which shipping option should I pick?
If you spend €50 or more, Parcel Shop is free: best value on price and delivery time. If you'd rather not move, go with Colissimo Home Delivery.
How long between order and delivery?
Production 1 to 3 business days + transit (2 days France Home, 3 days France Parcel Shop, 3 to 10 days for international depending on zone). Plan for a week in France, two weeks in Europe, up to three weeks internationally.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Parcel Shop: your parcel waits 5 calendar days at the shop (since October 2025, it used to be 8). After that, it goes back to sender. Home: the postal worker leaves a notice, then your parcel waits 10 days at the post office.
Which countries do you ship to?
Mondial Relay Parcel Shop: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland. Colissimo Home: France, Europe (17 countries), International zones B and C (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, South Korea).
How do I track my parcel?
You get an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the Bordeaux workshop. The link takes you straight to the carrier's site (Mondial Relay or La Poste).
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Take a photo on receipt and email it to contact@roxwall.fr with your order number. We'll send a new frame, no questions asked.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't shipped yet. Email us at contact@roxwall.fr with your order number and the new address. Once it's gone, it gets trickier.
