If your frame has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@roxwall.fr with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item

Exceptions

Custom-made products that are in perfect condition (no manufacturing defects) are non-refundable as they are made-to-order.
