Open Men — Top 1
The Open Men category, often one of the most popular and competitive divisions at HYROX events worldwide, presented a unique configuration in Bangkok: a single athlete dominated the course. This, however, does not imply a lesser challenge. On the contrary, being the sole finisher demands exceptional mental discipline, as the absence of direct competitors can make managing effort more delicate. It was in this context that our sole finisher had to dig deep into his reserves to secure a place in the records of this edition.
- Vivit Layanun — 01:53:39 🇹🇭
Vivit Layanun 🇹🇭 is no stranger to the Bangkok HYROX scene, a circuit he clearly knows inside and out. His performance in 01:53:39 is living proof of his total commitment and methodical preparation. This wasn't just a solo victory; it was a new personal best for Vivit, who improved his time by 18 seconds compared to his previous participation in Bangkok (01:53:57). This consistent progress, evident in his times, highlights his ability to analyze his races, target his weaknesses, and transform them into strengths. Every Racetrack lap, every Sled Push, every Lunges repetition was executed with precision and power that paid off. This notable improvement in his hometown is an inspiration to all athletes, demonstrating that perseverance always pays off. A big shout-out to Vivit for this exceptional performance, proving that being alone at the top in no way diminishes the brilliance of victory.
Open Women — Top 5
The Open Women category was undoubtedly one of the most dynamic and exciting at HYROX Bangkok 1. The top of the leaderboard, in particular, offered a titanic duel where every second mattered, transforming the QSNCC into a true arena where feminine determination shone brightly. Athletes had to brilliantly navigate between running and the physical challenges of stations like Rowing, Farmer's Carry, or Sandbag Lunges, demonstrating impressive versatility. Effort management, transition strategy, and the ability to endure pain were the keys to these performances.

Madoka, already credited with a stratospheric time of 01:41:04 in Incheon, proves her ability to adapt and compete at the highest level, even away from home turf. Her endurance and power at the stations are clearly a major asset. Completing the podium is Denmark's Susanne Morch 🇩🇰, who also ran an impressive race in 01:56:05, placing just 19 seconds behind first place. Their perseverance is an example to all. A huge congratulations to all these inspiring women!
Pro Men — Top 1

In Bangkok, this elite division saw one athlete challenging both the demanding course and the pressure of a solo performance. It's a battle not only against the clock but also against oneself, where every mistake is amplified and every success celebrated.
