HYROX World Records 2025/2026: Every Time to Beat This Season

February 22, 2026 · ROXWALL

A Record-Breaking Season 8

The 2025/2026 HYROX season is shaping up to be the fastest in history. Between the Majors in Phoenix, Hamburg and Miami, records are falling at an unprecedented pace. If you've ever wondered "what's a good HYROX time?", here's your answer: the world's best are now running sub-54 minutes.

HYROX Pro World Records

Men's Pro: Alex Rončević — 53:15

Croatian athlete Alex Rončević set the Men's Pro world record at the HYROX Hamburg Major in 2025, clocking 53 minutes and 15 seconds. He narrowly beat reigning world champion Tim Wenisch. A time that seemed unreachable just two seasons ago.

Women's Pro: Joanna Wietrzyk — 56:03

Australian Joanna Wietrzyk made a statement at the Phoenix Major in January 2026 with a Women's Pro world record of 56:03. A time that confirms the rise of women's HYROX and sets an incredibly high bar for the Stockholm World Championships.

HYROX Open World Records

Men's Open: Alexander Roncevic — 50:38

Rončević again! His Open record was set in Cologne in April 2024 — 50 minutes 38 seconds. A mind-blowing time that still stands in Season 8. The Open division has no qualification requirement: anyone can try to beat this mark.

Women's Open: Lauren Weeks — 55:38

American Lauren Weeks posted a 55:38 in Washington DC in March 2025. She's also part of the record-holding Women's Pro Doubles team — more on that below.

HYROX Doubles World Records

Men's Pro Doubles: Ryan & Menendez — 48:31

Rich Ryan and Pelayo Menendez Fernandez shattered the Men's Pro Doubles record at HYROX Miami in April 2025 with an incredible 48:31. Going under 49 minutes as a pair is unheard of.

Women's Pro Doubles: Weeks & Tafuto — 53:11

Lauren Weeks (again) and Vivian Tafuto set the Women's Pro Doubles record in Phoenix in January 2026: 53:11. Phoenix was clearly the stage for historic performances this season.

What's Your Time?

Whether you're finishing at 1:10 or 1:45, every HYROX finisher has their own finish line to celebrate. You can look up your detailed results on ROXWALL — with your station-by-station splits, transition times and division ranking.

And if you're looking to improve, compare your splits with the top performers from your race. It's often in the transitions and sled push where the most time is gained or lost.

Upcoming Races You Can't Miss

Season 8 continues with major races ahead:

  • Toulouse — March 19-22, 2026
  • Paris Grand Palais — April 23-26, 2026
  • World Championships in Stockholm — June 18-21, 2026

And if you've already raced this season, you can build your ROXWALL frame to display your finisher patch at home. Every race deserves to be celebrated.

Where's your patch?

You crossed the finish line, now display it. Create your custom hexagonal frame and turn your HYROX achievement into wall art.
