CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT

Each ROXWALL frame is made to order based on your specifications (city, time, colors, names). In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. No returns for change of mind are accepted.

Manufacturing Defect

  1. Contact us at hello@roxwall.fr with your order number and photos of the defect
  2. Our team reviews your claim within 48 hours
  3. If the defect is confirmed, we send you a prepaid return label
  4. Replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the return

Your Legal Guarantees

You benefit from the legal conformity guarantee (2 years, Art. L217-3 French Consumer Code) and the hidden defects guarantee (Art. 1641 French Civil Code). These guarantees cover defects existing at the time of delivery or rendering the product unfit for use. They do not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
