1. Products
ROXWALL designs and manufactures custom hexagonal frames in France for HYROX finisher patches. Each frame is a personalized product, made to the customer's specifications (city, time, date, colors, names). Dimensions: 17.3 cm wide, 15 cm tall, 1.2 cm thick, approximately 35 g. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering via Stripe (credit/debit card). Orders are final and binding once confirmed. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Production takes 1-3 business days. No modifications or cancellations are possible once production has started, as each product is custom-made to the customer's specifications.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery after dispatch: France 2 business days, Europe 3-5 days, International 5-18 days depending on zone. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment. Risk transfers to the carrier upon dispatch.
4. Right of Withdrawal — Exclusion
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to ROXWALL products. Each frame is made to the consumer's specifications (city, time, colors, names) and constitutes a clearly personalized product. Therefore, no returns for change of mind are accepted.
5. Legal Conformity Guarantee
Under Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a 2-year legal conformity guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects existing at the time of delivery. During the first 12 months, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery. After that, you must prove the defect existed at the time of delivery. In case of a confirmed defect, we will replace or refund the product.
6. Hidden Defects Guarantee
Under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, you may exercise the hidden defects guarantee within 2 years of discovering the defect. The hidden defect must render the product unfit for its intended use or significantly reduce its usability to the extent that you would not have purchased it had you known.
7. Claims & Refunds
Any manufacturing defect claim must be sent to hello@roxwall.fr with your order number and photos of the defect. If the defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with French Consumer Code provisions on amicable dispute resolution, you may use the MEDICYS mediation service (www.medicys.fr). Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ROXWALL is an independent brand. ROXWALL is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HYROX World GmbH. HYROX® is a registered trademark of HYROX World GmbH. The use of the word "HYROX" on this website is solely to indicate the destination and compatibility of ROXWALL products (display frames for finisher patches), in accordance with Article L713-6 of the French Intellectual Property Code. ROXWALL frames are independent accessories designed and manufactured in France.
