September 18, 2026, saw Salt Lake City transformed into an epicenter of effort and determination. With an impressive 7668 participants gathered for a single day of intense competition, the vibrant arena witnessed memorable performances. From novices to elite athletes, everyone pushed their limits, creating an electrifying atmosphere where every Burpee Broad Jump, every sled pull, and every running meter was met with roaring cheers from the ecstatic crowd. Open Men - Top 10
The Open Men's category delivered a high-octane spectacle, with fierce competition where every second mattered. The podium was hard-fought, and we witnessed magnificent displays of strength and endurance.

The podium is completed by Garrett Martin, who, with 01:03:37, came close to his record of 01:03:21 set in Houston. A strong performance that places him among the fastest athletes in the category.
What an introduction! For his very first HYROX participation, Duncan Homer secured an impressive 4th place. Just 6 seconds off the podium, he proved that he will be a force to reckon with in the future.

Just 5 seconds off the podium, Carlie Hardy also achieved a new personal best. She shaved 10 seconds off her Las Vegas time (01:10:41), a remarkable performance that puts her right at the cusp of the top 3.
A phenomenal debut for Delayna Waite who, in her first HYROX race, earned a solid 5th place with a very competitive time. She managed the pressure and effort brilliantly.
Another rookie who impressed us: Emma Skelton secured a remarkable 6th place in her first HYROX participation. The future looks bright for her in the arena.
What a transformation! Jennifer Johnson smashed her personal best by almost 36 minutes compared to Houston (01:46:51) to finish in 01:10:51. A phenomenal progression that speaks volumes about her hard work and unwavering determination!
Teresa Christensen also set a new personal best, improving her Las Vegas time (01:18:36) by almost 8 minutes. A strong comeback and a well-deserved spot in the top 10.
A very honorable 9th place for Abbie Hafen, who, like several athletes in this top 10, was making her first appearance in a HYROX race. Her performance hints at clear potential.
